Annina Huhtala

Annina Huhtala leads strategy and content at HundrED, where she oversees the production of reports, insights and global events. Most recently, she has been responsible for developing processes to support the implementation of scalable innovations and to measure their real-world impact.
As a co-founder of the research communications agency Kaskas Media she worked extensively with ministries, NGOs, foundations, startups and public institutions to bridge research, practice, and policy. She advises mission-driven organisations and foundations on strategic development, storytelling and programme design, with a particular focus on environmental and health initiatives for systemic change.
Annina holds an MSc in Neuroaesthetics and is particularly interested in how education systems can better account for the human experience, our emotions, limitations and creativity, and how leaders can design environments in which individuals and communities can truly flourish.
