After her studies in Sustainable Business Management she joined oikos International to co-lead their leadership program LEAP for 6 years.
There she discovered her purpose: To support people in their personal development journey and to help them shine.
Her work in Rflect allows her to work towards this purpose on a bigger scale by integrating inner development into education together with a team that shares this vision and her values.
