Over the past few years, travel restrictions, demand rebounds, staff shortages and tech innovations have brought our industry countless challenges and opportunities. Unsurprisingly, these big developments and events continue to shape the future of hotels in interesting ways. Consensus has not been reached on how to develop a future in hospitality that balances the interests of both people and the planet.

Founded by Aruzhan Kessikbayeva, RAD Resorts was founded to empower the many youth who aspire to become the next generation leaders in the hospitality industry as a viable pathway towards economic stability. Through our COMPASS Framework, we intend to guide youth to take the necessary steps to begin their own professional journey in the hospitality industry.

The organization made its global debut at UN General Assembly Week 2025 in New York.
