Dialogue Includes All (DIA) is a Malaysian social enterprise and the official country partner of Dialogue in the Dark, a globally recognised platform founded in Germany in 1988. Since 2012, DIA has empowered more than 30,000 participants through immersive experiences that build empathy, leadership, and inclusion — all facilitated by visually impaired guides.
