Founded by Teresa Pan, Modualsys aims to transform elderly cognitive care through multi-modal AI, replacing traditional community doctor-led MCI screening with accessible at-home monitoring. The project made its global debut at the UN High Level Political Forum in July 2025.
Addressing limited community resources for early cognitive dysfunction detection, the project empowers seniors to track cognitive health easily, preventing Alzheimer’s progression. Aligned with SDGs 3, 9, and 16, it merges medical AI innovation with human-centered design to enhance healthcare equity.
Beyond technology, the initiative raises awareness of elderly cognitive health and inspires youth to use STEM for real-world solutions.
