The Maker spirit and 3D printing saved lives during the Covid epidemic. It can also be used to make low-cost prostheses.
So how do you make a hand prosthesis for disabled children, thanks to 3D printing and the enthusiasm of 10-year-old schoolchildren?
You’ll need:
– an introduction to OnShape (included)
– a 3D printer (for demonstration)
– a motivated class of 10-year-olds
– simplified instructions based on the e-nable.fr website
