As our world faces deep social, ecological, and cultural challenges, it becomes increasingly clear that how we see the world shapes how we act within it. Our worldviews influence how we respond to crisis, engage with difference, and imagine possible futures.
In this interactive session, you’ll be introduced to the Worldview Journey — a research-informed, transformative learning process developed in collaboration with Utrecht University. The program supports learners in cultivating worldview literacy, dialogical capacity, and a planetary perspective, helping people navigate complexity with greater awareness, openness, and care.
The Worldview Journey unfolds through four interconnected learning journeys:
– Explore your worldview — gain perspective on your perspective
– Exchange your worldview — learn to learn from other perspectives
– Expand your worldview — cultivate a planetary perspective
– Express your worldview — put your perspective into practice
What to expect. This session includes:
– a short lecture on why worldview awareness matters today
– a brief experiential dialogue exercise
– space for reflection and questions
Participants will leave with a clearer sense of how worldview work and generative dialogue can support education, leadership, wellbeing, and societal transformation.
