This webinar will Introduce the Program for Supporting Autistic Social Entrepreneurs. The Program for Supporting Autistic Social Entrepreneurs is being piloted in March 2026.
Australia’s National Autism Strategy has made a commitment to supporting autistic owned and led business and social enterprise development that is neurodiversity affirming. The Program for Supporting Autistic Social Entrepreneurs provides disability service providers, social enterprise support organisations, and business advisors with the knowledge and skills to support autistic entrepreneurs and social entrepreneurs in a neurodiversity affirming manner.
It can be argued that by definition, all autistic owned led businesses are social enterprises – this will be covered in the webinar.
The Program for Supporting Autistic Social Entrepreneurs consists of three units:
– What is Autism?
– Autistic Social Entrepreneurship
– Enabling Autistic Social Entrepreneurship
