Join us for the Global Youth Executive Functioning Challenge 2026, where Focus to Thrive aims to challenge motivated teens from around the world to co-design solutions that help young people improve focus, organization, mental performance, and academic confidence.
Blending neuroscience with human-centered design, participants will prototype tools, apps, habits, and community programs that strengthen executive-functioning skills — critical foundations for learning, well-being, and future leadership.
#FocusToThrive empowers youth to rethink how they can build habits, manage distractions, balance school and life. Ideas may include planning platforms for ADHD learners, peer mentoring networks, athlete focus kits, digital well-being tools, school-integrated EF curricula, and YouTube module videos, where you can watch the tutorials and challenge yourself to upskill on new executive functioning practices.
