Founded By Aetos Chan, Econessence is an interactive research and storytelling platform uniting young researchers, mental health advocates, and ethical digital creators to examine how forces like inflation and online consumer culture shape youth identity, well-being, and everyday choices.
Through participatory inquiry, multimedia storytelling, and data-driven insight, Econessence equips young people to investigate the 15 areas where inflation most affects their generation and to co-create solutions for a more equitable economic future.
At this UNESCO and UN University co-led conference — celebrating the merger of science and business for good — Econessence spotlights youth-led narratives that translate economic realities into empathy-driven innovation, advancing mental health–sensitive approaches to communication, marketing, and financial education worldwide.
