The EcoCampus Project at École d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule, promotes sustainability and student engagement within technical and vocational education and training (TVET). In November 2023, EHT Paul Dubrule became the first TVET school in the world and the first educational institution in Asia to receive the Green Flag Certification from the Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE).
The project is led by a student Eco-Committee representing all classes and supported by staff. Students design and manage initiatives across key sustainability themes such as waste management, resource consumption, biodiversity, climate action, equity, and wellbeing. Through practical actions and community involvement, the EcoCampus Project strengthens environmental awareness, leadership, and soft skills while creating a positive and lasting impact on the campus and surrounding community.
