Je’anna Clements and Sifaan Zavahir, Democratic Education veterans from South Africa and Sri Lanka respectively, have teamed up to share their mutual discovery that the easiest way to tackle the Gordian Knot of contemporary education policy discourse is to cut through it with the sword of Human Rights.
Rights-Centric Education offers a simple, powerful, and globally appropriate ‘GPS’ or compass to steer education in the ‘Rights’ direction. They’re inviting everyone to come on board to help bring education into alignment with the evolution of human rights by rallying behind the “Declaration on Child Rights-Centric Education”
