At the Learning Planet Festival 2026, EnviroLog makes its global debut by introducing an innovative youth-led citizen science platform dedicated to tracking local biodiversity hazards and documenting ecosystem threats.
Founded by Max Zhuang, the platform combines environmental monitoring with data-driven advocacy, the initiative empowers young people to influence policy, including calling for legislative bans on hazardous animal testing.
At this event, EnviroLog would introduce the current environmental crisis and a multi-faceted approach to address it via the organization. In particular, the inter-relationships between environment, economy and health will be examined, with an intent to increase awareness of the general public and boost efforts of both public and private sector to combat the severity of the issue.
Together, through advancing environmental stewardship and ethical science, we can foster a stronger link between planetary and human health. We are grateful to UNESCO, UN University and Learning Planet Institute for the invitation.
