Zichun (Chenchen) Guo is the founder of Collabrium, a youth-led initiative reimagining social justice, equity and negotiation through active practices rooted in empathy, courage and dialogue. Through experiential learning, storytelling, and co-creation labs, he aims to empower young leaders to bridge differences, address inequality, and transform conflict into cooperation.
