Yunfang (Suri) Dong, founder of Adapthrive, is passionate about STEM fields such as chemistry and biology, and explores the intersection between science and cosmetics. Beyond academics, she enjoys basketball and actively supports underprivileged students through peer mentoring—sharing creative techniques in math and fostering mental well-being. With Adapthrive, Suri aims to empower youth and vulnerable communities to adapt and thrive amid climate and health challenges. Over the next three years, the initiative will engage youth from 25+ countries to co-develop localized, data-driven solutions that strengthen resilience through ethical innovation, inclusive education, and integrated care.
