Shulynn Ragland

Shulynn Ragland is a high school junior in the United States. She is the founder of Bluture, a youth-led platform focusing on strengthening ocean conservation accessibility among youth. She has represented Bluture at LPI Learning Planet Festival 2025, UNESCO International Day of Learning, UNWOD 2024, UN HLPF 2025, and UNGA 2025. She is interested in combining high tech entrepreneurship with ocean sustainability, all while balancing being on a nationally competing synchronized skating team and a professional violinist.
