Dr Russell J. Clark is a Senior Research Scientist at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is based out of the GT Savannah campus where he leads the environmental monitoring activities of the Coastal Equity and Resilience (CEAR) Hub. He holds a joint appointment with Georgia Tech’s Institute for People and Technology and the School of Computer Science. He received a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and master’s and doctorate degrees from Georgia Tech.
