Elected as an Ashoka Fellow in 2004, Pradeep Ghosh is the Founder and Advisor of OASiS – A Social Innovations Lab, started in 2003, a research lab that focuses on developing new models and approaches for the development sector. His innovations have solved issues like social security system for developing countries, urban and rural education, social security for physically and mentally challenged, community livelihoods, migration, and volunteering.
Pradeep has also been an official mentor for startups, encouraging entrepreneurship. He has won numerous international awards in the field of innovation. His models are now being replicated by governments, schools and universities,
