Nelsy Lizarazo

Nelsy Lizarazo is the Vice-President for the Global Campaign for Education. She is Colombian and Ecuadorian with a background in Philosophy and Literature, postgraduate degree in Political Science and International Relations and a doctorate in Complex Thought. She developed my professional activity in the fields of popular, formal and non-formal education, as well as in the field of popular communication, especially community radio. Nelsy has been a consultant in the areas of gender, human rights, children’s and adolescents’ rights. She is the current General Coordinator of CLADE.
