Martina Pone is a dedicated advocate for children’s rights in education and an expert in driving social and organizational change. As co-founder and director of QUEST, she works at the intersection of research, training, and facilitation to transform educational systems. Her work focuses on creating environments where children’s voices and rights are central to learning. Pone is also an active member of the European Democratic Education Community (EUDEC), collaborating with educators and advocates across Europe to promote democratic and child-centered approaches to education.
