Judy Halbert and Linda Kaser are co-leaders of the Networks of Inquiry and Indigenous Education. They are faculty members at the University of British Columbia (UBC) where they lead the Transformative Educational Leadership Program for system level leaders. They are committed to achieving equity and quality for all learners—and to networking for innovation and improvement across systems. In doing so they draw on their experience as teachers, principals, district level leaders and senior policy advisors at the Ministry of Education.
