Howard Blumenthal

Well-known in the US as the creator and producer of the Peabody Award winning children’s television series, Where in the World Is Carmen Sandiego?, Howard Blumenthal’s principal concern is what young people learn, what they need to know, and how to help them survive and thrive in a fast-moving, increasing global, challenging world from 2025-2050. He has interviewed hundreds of children and teenagers worldwide, and has worked with university researchers, teachers and students to develop ideas to be presented at this conference.
