Erin Yu

Erin Yu is a thoughtful and articulate youth leader passionate about the intersections of policy, education, and human rights. As president of her school’s Model UN and an intern for a state representative, she transforms civic curiosity into meaningful engagement. She founded Civocate, a student-led initiative exploring how economic and municipal issues intersect with race, education, and justice to promote equitable local outcomes. Guided by empathy and data-driven inquiry, Erin aims to study public policy and international relations, focusing on education reform and human rights to design systems that work for those often marginalized.
