I am the founder of Vira school that is located in Kabul-Afghanistan. Over the past decade, I have led qualitative and quantitative research projects in education, including learning assessments, teacher job satisfaction, and vocational training. One of my study on introducing vocational training in secondary education, was funded by Kabul UNESCO’s education department in 2016. In 2021, my research paper on Afghanistan’s secondary education curriculum was published by Bloomsbury in London.
At the moment I am working as research manager for BBC Media Action Kabul office.
