This corporation is referred to as The Korea Association for Public Sector Affairs Analysis & Evaluation (KAPSAAE).

The purpose of this association is to seek system improvement by diagnosing and analyzing public and private sector projects, and to improve the business performance and quality of all sectors. To this end, professional manpower training, analysis, and evaluation activities are carried out to improve the efficiency of the project and the quality of service. In addition, it develops and distributes specialized knowledge and skills related to business analysis and evaluation, promotes the legalization of related systems, and promotes education and training and welfare to strengthen the capabilities of experts. Furthermore, it intends to contribute to the development of the public and private sectors by conducting research, analysis, and evaluation studies on domestic and foreign policies and social and economic trends.
