Livroteca Story Time is a Brazilian organization that believes literacy and all it revolves has a profound impact on how comprehensively people of all ages experience the world. Our goal is to be a "SPACE FOR GROWTH, ONE BOOK AT A TIME". Education-wise, we promote workshops to teach teachers how to efficiently incorporate reading abilities in their planning, and how to make sure their classroom library is diverse and inclusive.
Also, Livroteca works with schools to promote literary programs as well as facilitate author-reader encounters and exchanges. We believe in the power stories have to transform people and their communities through literature, story-telling and active education given that those are fundamental tools in building a more creative, fun and critical-thinking environment.
