Equaliable’s mission is to support youth by exploring how juvenile courts address youth with unique psychological development and maturity challenges. We want to ensure all judicial conclusions are equitable, and that our legal systems can adapt their approaches based on adolescent cognitive and emotional development. Together it is our shared duty and responsibility to ensure each and every youth can thrive, considering their differences in cognitive or emotional capacities. This project was launched in the UN APFSD, Bangkok, in February 2025.
