The mission of Collabrium, founded by Zichun Guo, is to empower us to become mediators who turn conflict into dialogue, stress into strength, and diversity into shared purpose. By learning the skills of negotiation, mental health first aid, and civic collaboration, we build communities that choose cooperation over division.

We co‑create solutions to global and local challenges—from digital conflict to inequality—guided by respect for human rights and collective wellbeing. Together, our youth generation (as young as 15 years old) can build resilient futures where every voice matters and peace begins with youth leadership.
