Today’s youth are powerful changemakers—yet systemic barriers often prevent them from fully participating in society. From limited access to policy discussions, societal stigma that diminishes youth voices, to a general lack of awareness around civic advocacy, young people are too often excluded from the decisions that shape their future.

Founded by Elizabeth Wang, Civicentric is a youth-led movement committed to mobilizing the next generation of leaders, amplifying their voices, and dismantling the obstacles that silence them. We believe that young people deserve more than just a seat at the table—they deserve the mic.
