Ms. Aur\u00e9lie Richard is a Junior Fellow at the UNU Paris Office . She received her master’s degree in public international law from the University of Oslo. Her master\u2019s thesis focused on the rescue of refugees and migrants in distress at sea: State obligations and State compliance in international law. She also holds a master\u2019s degree in common law and transnational law from the University of Sherbrooke. <\/p>\n
