She is also the<br \/>\nco-founder of The Weaving Lab, a community of practice for weavers of learning ecosystems. She<br \/>\nis an education and youth development consultant for schools, NGOs, foundations and<br \/>\ngovernments. Valentina has been involved in local education transformation as a board member<br \/>\nof EmpowerEd and as an advisor of the Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School.
