Her work bridges policy and practice, systems thinking and social change.<br \/>\nShe is a Research Fellow for the World Innovation Summit for Education leading work on learning<br \/>\necosystems, and currently Head of Rethinking Assessment, a UK and global movement to transform<br \/>\nthe way we teach and assess young people.<br \/>\nPreviously she has been an Associate Director at the Royal Society of Arts heading up the Cities of<br \/>\nLearning programme, and Impact Manager for social impact charity Big Change.
