She is currently the Communications &amp; Fundamental Rights Adviser at the\u00a0Cabinet of the Vice- President for Democracy and Demography, Dubravka \u0160uica at the European Commission.<br \/>\nIris\u2019 almost two decades of experience in European and international affairs comprises work with the European Union, the United Nations, academia, government agencies and international broadcast media.
