As a member of the global education coalition, #Learning Planet is delighted to share the details of UNESCO’s agenda of events to celebrate the annual World Teachers’ Day.
This year, WTD, on the 5th of October, will celebrate teachers with the theme Teachers: Leading in crisis, reimagining the future to recognize the hard work of teachers worldwide who are working tirelessly to ensure that learning continues during the pandemic.
Here is the agenda for the full week of UNESCO’s virtual events that run from 5 to 12 October in case there is a session you’d like to join — including the Global Education Coalition member-led session on the Global Teacher Campus.
