Tena is a social impact consultant focused on women’s empowerment and community development. Based in India, she has worked across the Middle East, Caribbean, Africa, and South/Southeast Asia. Tena is the Founder of Project Kal, a gender leadership academy dismantling toxic masculinity in India. She also co-founded Parenthesis, a feminist parenting platform.
Previously CEO of The Sustainability Platform in Dubai, Tena now heads Social Impact at C3-Consult. A TEDx speaker, mentor, and board member, she has received global awards for leadership and sustainability and holds an MSc and MA.
