Pooja Sahni

Dr. Pooja Swami Sahni is a Principal Research Scientist at the Mind Lab, IIT Delhi, and an advisor to the Rekhi Foundation, USA. Her work bridges environmental neuroscience, contemplative and ecological education, and youth wellbeing, with a focus on how nature-based and contemplative practices shape cognition, empathy, and social-emotional development. She has previously served as Visiting Professor at Delhi Technological University and held leadership roles at Quditbrain as Chief Technology Officer. A Varela Grantee of the Mind & Life Institute, she has led funded research projects supported by international universities and organizations.
