Nadene is a visionary leader with over 25 years of global experience, managing large-scale projects in 45 countries across Europe, Africa, and the Americas. Her work spans sustainable development, technology, and leadership transformation. She founded a boutique consultancy dedicated to fostering collaboration, learning, and courageous leadership.
As a champion of the Inner Development Goals (IDG), Nadene co-hosts the Global Practitioner Network, supporting a 1,000-member community to tackle complex challenges and drive collective impact. Her expertise has been showcased in diverse initiatives, including crafting learning journeys for CERN’s Sparks! Serendipity Forum and designing immersive programs for UN peacekeepers.
