Lawyer and Business Manager with 32+ years’ experience in Sustainability Management, specializing in Strategy and Governance. She advises SMEs on sustainability and holds a certification in Sustainable Development Negotiation from TIAS School for Business & Society. Recognized as a Change Maker for Climate by the UN Staff College, she led sustainability initiatives at BRF, ARES, EY, Bunge and Grant Thornton. Her work includes the U Process theory and systemic thinking to innovate global food production. In Brazil, she launched the Business Coalition for a Sustainable Food Chain, collaborating with diverse stakeholders. She currently focuses on empowering SME leadership in sustainability.
