Matthew’s research focuses on ageing, mental health and lifecourse epidemiology, with a global outlook. He is also interested in evidence synthesis, observational studies and cross-country epidemiological comparisons. He is passionate about education and training of future researchers and is involved in several capacity building initiatives.
