I am a passionate and experienced Junior Secondary Mathematics teacher dedicated to leveraging mathematics as a tool for peacebuilding, addressing gender-based violence, and empowering people with disabilities. As the founder of Real Life Mathematics, my vision is to raise “response-able” mathematics students while fostering positive societal change through education. A committed advocate for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), I have created initiatives such as the annual Celebrating Teacher Excellence awards and the Real Life Math – SDG for Girls program to support teachers and promote education for young girls.
