Ankur Mishra is the Headmaster of Prerna Boys School in Lucknow. The school was founded in 2009 after educators recognized that a genuinely gender-just society requires boys to critically reflect on how patriarchy shapes power, relationships, and everyday behaviour. Since joining in 2016, he has worked with boys, teachers, and families to deepen conversations about patriarchy, privilege, and care. Rather than preaching, Ankur facilitates dialogue, reflection, and collaborative problem solving in classrooms and community circles.
