Andressa Folly Fonseca

Andressa is a pedagogue from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), a Master’s student in Sociology of Education at Universidade de São Paulo (USP), and a tenured teacher at the São Paulo Department of Education. She is also a researcher funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), Level 1A.
Her research focuses on gender relations and youth dynamics in public schools, examining how students experience recess, challenge institutional rules, and the lack of public policies for school leisure spaces.
