Amal works as Education and Technical Officer at the Nonprofit Organization Humanity and Inclusion International (HI). She is a board member of the Association of Women Action (AOWA), an active member in Peace and Democracy organization in Palestine and co-founder of the Educational and Cultural Group ERZAL. She has over 20yrs experience in developing and managing projects in the field of education. She works in advocating for the right of girls and children with disabilities to education. For more than 4 years she has provided training for teachers and students lead initiatives in education, health, environment, gender-disability and inclusion.
