To tackle the advancement of youth engagement in public policy on matters tied to socio-economic inclusion, Incluvate was founded to create a microgrant platform for youth to boost civic trust and policy voice, with a focus on involving youth from marginalized areas in budget allocation and community strategy.

This platform will conduct simulations in provisions of small city funds for local priorities (focused on class, physical disability, cognitive disability, age and culture) and submit them to local governments as a means to rebuild trust in public governance. From these experiences, youth would be able to, in the long run, submit more realistic and commercially viable policy recommendations and innovations in education, jobs and public renewal.

Incluvate is founded by Hong Kong-based James Tsun Ming Chan.
