Founded by Yiquan (Seven) Zhang, Cohesolve's mission is to empower youth from diverse and polarized communities to become green essential workers who protect livelihoods, public services, and shared spaces through climate action.

By combining upskilling, social dialogue, and neighborhood-scale adaptation projects, the program turns climate measures into sources of dignity, income, and collective security.

Youth facilitate inclusive decision-making on local climate and labour choices, ensuring that new green jobs are fair, accessible, and rooted in community needs. Together, youth can reduce social and economic polarization while building a resilient, people-centered green economy.​
