The central insight emerging from the event on 23. th January 2026 is thus not one of failure, but of maturation: the field
has reached a point where fragmentation is no longer primarily a problem of coordination, but a signal that a higher-order integrative framework is required.
This could be TUA-DSE. We learn about its qualities as a research and researchfunding system being able to adapt, integrate, initiate and spread locally regionally globally and the need to build it up from a narrative therefore build a narrative soon.
