“Play to Transform: Co-Creating Solutions for Uganda’s Communities” is an engaging 120-minute online workshop designed to address real social challenges faced by a selected vulnerable community in Uganda. Utilizing Ecomanka’s PlayDesign methods, participants will embark on a collaborative and interactive journey of empathy-building, creative problem-solving, and solution prototyping.
During this extended session, participants will:
Explore the real-world challenges faced by a Ugandan community, diving into the root causes through interactive group exercises and thoughtful discussions.
Participate in breakout rooms to brainstorm, ideate, and co-create innovative solutions that align with the community’s needs.
Develop prototypes of solutions, tapping into the collective creativity and expertise of the group while receiving feedback from peers.
Collaboratively outline actionable next steps and potential pathways for implementing solutions, ensuring that the outcomes are both meaningful and sustainable.
