Energy is the driver of our social and economic growth, on the one hand, while on the other hand, excessive use of fossil energy has caused climate change. Becoming energy literate is the first step towards climate correction. Energy literacy training developed by Prof Chetan Solanki, Founder, Energy Swaraj Foundation, Prof IIT Bombay helps people in understanding energy, its generation, consumption and wastage. It helps to understand carbon footprint and its impact on the environment. Through this certified training course, one will understand means to avoid and minimize energy usage, how to become carbon neutral, clear misconceptions around solar energy and ways to adopt solar energy solutions.

Prof Chetan Solanki, is currently on a solar bus on his Energy Swaraj yatra .
