Humankind is a unique species that has spread across the whole surface of Earth and entered every living ecosystem, marking the age of Anthropocene. Being a “planetary species” implies planet-wide responsibilities, which are so far not reflected in our culture and ways of thinking. This panel explores the ascending to the planetary level of consciousness, unraveling the meanings and characteristics of this profound shift in human development.
