This panel will explore the evolution of governance models and the rise of new management and leadership approaches beyond traditional hierarchies and command-and-control frameworks. We will revise some of the novel ways of leading such as “weaving”, will discover how horizontal, servant, and communal leadership is shaping new organisational structures, and how technologies such as blockchain can facilitate the transition.
